Mangalia is well connected to the major cities of Romania. The best way to get there is by train or bus. There are frequent trains from Bucharest, Constanta, Mamaia and other cities in the country that arrive at Mangalia Train Station. Buses also connect Mangalia with various nearby towns and cities such as Tulcea, Galati, Constanta and Braila. The main bus station is located just outside the city center. If you prefer to drive then you can rent a car from any of the major rental companies in Bucharest or other nearby cities.
